Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you pay, Stripe collects your email, payment method, and billing details. We store a license key and plan status so the app can unlock Chat or Microphone. The desktop app may send screen frames or microphone audio to our answer service so it can reply. Those captures are processed in memory for the session. We do not sell your recordings.

Who we share with

Stripe processes payments and receipts. The model provider processes the content needed to generate an answer. We do not sell personal information. We may share information if the law requires it or to protect the product.

Retention

Billing records stay with Stripe for as long as the law and their service require. License metadata stays while your subscription is relevant to access. Session captures are not kept as a customer gallery.

Your choices

Update email and cancel in the Stripe customer portal from Overlay AI Settings. For a privacy question, write help@getoverlayai.com.
